This is a self-paced Plant Medicine class that includes almost 2 hours of video/audio recordings and 4 pdf’s.

In this class we'll be discussing Aphrodisiacs and the way herbs can be integrated in our lives to not merely enhance momentary and superficial sexual desire, but to support and enhance the undercurrent of our sensual receptivity, our understanding of ourselves as sexual beings, the spectrum of ways that we might experience and express such, and the creative potential within each of us.

Libido means life force and sexuality is a foundational component of having vital life energy and optimal health. Any efforts to improve sex drive or sexual response must be founded on the constitutional influences of nutrition, rest, relaxation and balanced activity and movement.
